The installation of the Microsoft product installed and activated without incident - as Major Geeks advertised.. Thus far, those apps that have been used have performed as expected. I am very pleased thus far and would recommend that Major Geeks be considered for purchases.

I stumbled on stacksocial by accident courtesy of AI. My friend is a Microsoft Loyalist and struggled to learn Google Docs, Libre etc. Subscription for Microsoft software had become a struggle annually. So when I explored what was on offer, Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus for Windows: LIFETIME. PERFECT! Signed up; selected the software; paid. Instant access to Product Key. Installation a doddle. Fantastic value. And my friend is so relieved. She simply couldn't navigate a new software package. Thanks stackSocial. Excellent service. No hidden charges etc. Thank you! It took about three days to get the Microsoft Office 2024 software installed. Per instruction from Idrop, I began by deleting my old MS Office 2021 software using the standard MS uninstall app. Then I tried the Idrop instruction to download and install the new MS 2024 software. But at first, I was only getting MS Office 2021 software installed!! So I contacted the Idrop Support Team. The Idrop Support Team had me try reinstalling the 64 bit version and then they had me uninstall it and try the 32 bit version. But, still not installing the Office 2024 software. (Note: I knew this install process was not working because the product identification "Account" page in the software kept displaying "Office 2021".) Finally, the Idrop Support Team, had me completely uninstall the Microsoft Office software along with any previous license files, and then reinstall the 64 bit Office 2024 software. This cleared up the problem and now all the Microsoft 2024 software seems to be working. Apparently, old MS license files were the problem, and they must be deleted before you get a successful MS Office 2024 installation.

It offers more options than I had with Win 2021 and has the necessary software to get Outlook to behave when using Chrome.

The price is great for a lifetime license. The updates are very good, especially with Excel and Word. I use it every day.

Another great purchase from Stack Social! non-Microsoft downloader, but official apps and it activated seamlessly! Thanks!
